Installation notes
GitHub Releases
Download the latest .msi or.exe installer fromGitHub Releases. Exact asset names are set by CI when the public release ships.
User-level install
Unitool installs to your user profile — no administrator rights required. Ideal for work machines where you cannot install software system-wide.
Windows SmartScreen
Early pre-release builds are not yet EV code-signed. Windows may show an"Unknown publisher" SmartScreen warning. This is expected until Phase 6.3 code signing ships. You can verify the download checksum when release assets are published.
Checksums
SHA-256 checksums will be published alongside release assets on GitHub when available. Always verify downloads from the officialZachw3/Unitool repository.
